Fredo Bang – Last One Left – Live Session | Vevo Ctrl
It has a lot of names: the hood, the trenches, the mud, etc. A lot of rap is about making it out of these places, these tough situations. Fredo Bang’s music takes a “feel good” slant to vanquishing such demons, making money, and building a better life. 2018 breakout “Oouuh” found the Baton Rouge rhymer having fun while getting nasty with a new flame. But still having a few trust issues, the witty Fredo inquires, “What’s your credit score?” Jangly guitars and Miami Vice synths score “Top,” his hit collab with Lil Durk. “As long as you’ve been through something and try to prevail, this song’s for you,” he has said about the track. We were stoked to get him sharing tunes from his new ‘Two-Face Bang 2’ project in our Ctrl studio. It’s the sequel to his 2018 LP that featured “Oouuh.” This one’s got bangers on it, too, along with features from Roddy Ricch and Sleepy Hallow. “Last One Left” and “4’s Up” are two of ’em. Hit play, and absorb some that Fredo energy.
