Sastojci i priprema:
– 500 gr. krompira
– 200 gr. crnog luka
– 200 ml. jogurta (može i kiselo mleko ili mešavina pavlake i mleka)
– 100 ml. vode
– kašičica vegete (suvog začina)
– so i biber po ukusu
– 50 ml. ulja
– 2 jajeta
– 5 kašika brašna
Za premazivanje:
– 200 gr. kisele pavlake ili kiselog mleka
– 2 čena belog luka ili beli luk u prahu
Peče se u zagrejanoj rerni na 220 stepeni oko 35 minuta.
Tepsija ili posuda manjih dimenzija..
Iseckajte luk i krompir na kockice, umutite jaja pa dodajte ule, jogurt, vodu, začine, brašno. Sve izmešajte pa sipjate u podmazan pleh. Pečeno i vruće isecite na kocke i premažite pavlakom ili kiselim mlekom. Pospite belim lukom.
